Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our policy on refunds and how to cancel your subscription or purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the transaction, provided that less than 20% of the course or mock test content has been accessed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain digital products and services are non-refundable once they have been significantly accessed or used. This includes completed mock tests and downloaded study materials.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
